Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
- If unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return. Provide your order number and return reason.
- Items should be in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- You bear the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Custom bundles/gifts are not returnable.
Refunds
- On receipt and approval of your return, a refund is processed within 7 days. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 14 days. We'll cover its return shipping.
Other Points
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Any items we have refused will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged to you.
- We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable postage methods or are not received by us. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot issue an exchange, grant a store credit or provide a refund. We strongly suggest you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.
- Terms and conditions above do not negate our obligations under Australian Consumer Law
