Shipping Rates

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates by working with a range of reliable carriers. Standard shipping fees start at free, or are a flat rate of $10.00, depending on supplier arrangements. For larger or bulky items (goods typically exceeding 105cm long), shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location to ensure fair and accurate pricing. Please note that express shipping is not available at this time.

Complimentary Shipping on Orders $150+

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on most orders of $150.00 or more. No codes, no fuss—just a little thank you for choosing us. Free shipping will automatically be applied at the checkout. This offer excludes big, bulky items. The shipping rate of bulky items will be calculated at the checkout based on your shipping address. 

Delivery Estimates

Within Australia: 2-5 days handling, 3-10 days transit (Mon-Fri) depending on location.
Order cut off for next day dispatch: 4:00PM (AEDT/AEST) Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Some items have different shipping timeframes - please refer to specific products for details. In some cases, you may receive your items in multiple packages and with different tracking information. 

Any delays, tracking or stock issues? We’ll promptly notify you.

Liability

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist with lodging an investigation or claim with the carrier.

Tracking

After placing an order, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Changes

Need to change the delivery address after dispatch? Contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes might not always be possible. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a redelivery fee.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you authorise delivery without a signature (Authority to Leave), you accept all risk once the parcel is delivered to the address provided. 

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for standard-sized items. Bulky items may require a street address. 

Shipping Restrictions for QLD Residents

Due to current Queensland legislation regarding knife sales, we are unable to ship bladed garden tools—including Hori Hori knives—to Queensland at this time. Any orders placed for restricted items with a Queensland shipping address will be respectfully cancelled and refunded in full. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to safe, responsible practices.

Dispatch & Packaging Notes

To minimise waste and support our curated network of suppliers, your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations. As a result, some items might arrive separately and at different times, in packaging tailored to their journey. Rest assured, each piece is handled with care and packed to reflect our commitment to sustainability and simplicity.

Packing Materials

Wherever practicable, we use recycled, recyclable, or compostable materials in our packaging and shipping processes, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and mindful consumption.
