The palms and fingers are made from artificial suede. The polyurethane and polyester mix is hardwearing, yet remarkably soft and does not go stiff when wet. Stretch mesh between the fingers helps regulate hand temperature and improves dexterity for finer tasks. The backs and gauntlet cuff use a heavyweight cotton ticking fabric that gives flexibility of movement while maintaining structure.
