Japanese lightweight shear with built-in wire cutter
The Chikamasa TS-66B is designed for cutting flower stems, small branches and light growth without hand fatigue. The built-in wire cutter on the base of the blade makes it useful for florist wire and twine as well as plant material.
Functional and practical
The carbon steel upper blade has a fluorine coating over electroless nickel plating, which resists resin and sap build-up and keeps the action smooth between cleans. A shock-absorbing cushion handle reduces impact fatigue, and a manual stopper lock keeps the blades closed safely when not in use.
Why you will love them
- Built-in wire cutter: Cuts florist wire and twine without reaching for a second tool
- Resin-resistant blade: Fluorine-coated under blade stays clean through sticky, sappy stems
- Lightweight: 170 mm Japanese shear built for extended use without fatigue
- Cushion grip: Shock-absorbing handle reduces impact with each cut
- Made in Japan: Chikamasa blade quality, refined over more than a century of production
