Each piece is wheel-thrown using off-white clay, hand-carved and finished with a food safe Blue Gum glaze. Made in small batches in Victoria, Australia, this 3 in 1 herb stripper offers a natural, minimalist aesthetic.

How to use

• Strip herbs cleanly by sliding stems through one of the four carved slots, choosing the size best suited. 
• Grate garlic, ginger or nutmeg into a fine paste using the textured centre.
• Add olive oil, lemon or vinegar to mix a dressing or sauce you can pour directly from the spout.
