The Topman 240mm Pruning Saw is a premium fixed blade Japanese saw built for serious pruning work. The tri-edge trapezoidal tooth cutting system, taper ground blade and induction hardened edges combine to produce a saw that stays sharp longer.

Japanese tri-edge trapezoidal tooth system

The blade's carbon steel is chosen for its ability to take and hold a finer edge and taper ground so the blade is thinner at the back than at the cutting edge. This reduces friction through the cut and allows the blade to move through wet, green timber without binding.

Built for trees

At 240mm the blade is sized for branches and limbs that exceed the range of loppers and secateurs. The fixed blade design provides maximum rigidity for sustained cutting through larger diameter wood. The included sheath protects the blade and allows safe carrying in a tool belt or garden bag.
